Manufactured from durable mild steel, internally treated with Carboguard 545 and externally with two coats of Jotun Hardtop Flexi. These heaters offer robust performance and long-lasting protection.

Each unit is insulated with 50mm fiber wool and clad in 0.6mm galvanized steel, with the option for aluminum or stainless steel cladding to meet specific requirements.

With customizable element loading up to 480 kW, our inline heaters can be tailored to exact specifications, including high working pressures, alternative control options, and specialized materials for non-standard dimensions.
